Katherine Carroll, aka Kat, is a remarkable soul. She is Executive Director of the National Health Federation (NHF) and sister-organization, Foundation for Health Research (FHR). Katherine is also a writer and Managing Editor of NHF’s magazine, Health Freedom News, editor of NHF’s e-newsletter, and is on the Board of Directors of the National Health Federation Canada and the Advisory Board for GreenMedInfo.
She sees her life as a full circle. She believes she is chosen to restore the Earth after watching the damage that resulted from her crop-dusting parents. She asked how she could be a steward of the land and the unexpected began to happen. With a “strange inheritence,” she was able to purchase the land where Adytum Sanctuary now stands, a destination for travelers to reconnect to Nature. Her Health Freedom work as Exec. Director for National Health Federation and her involvement at the International Codex Alimentarius meetings takes her work to the next level.
