Katherine Carroll is Executive Director of the National Health Federation (NHF) and sister-organization, Foundation for Health Research (FHR) as well. Katherine is a writer and Managing Editor of NHF’s magazine, Health Freedom News, is editor of NHF’s e-newsletter, and is on the Board of Directors of the National Health Federation Canada and the Advisory Board for GreenMedInfo.
Katherine received the NHF 2014 Health Freedom Hero award for her work at Codex Alimentarius, actively shaping global food and nutritional supplement policy from 2012 to present participating on the NHF delegation. She is also a frequent contributor to several publications and is working on several books.
Certified as a Natural Healer in 1995, Katherine brings her experience as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner since 2004 to her research and writing. Katherine is also co-owner of and her husband’s Optometry clinic, Medical Vision Center in Morton, Washington. Additionally, Katherine continues to develop Adytum Sanctuary, their Pacific Northwest B&B in nearby Mossyrock where a 16-acre organic farm and bird sanctuary is maintained. Over 5000 guests have enjoyed the serene Sanctuary since opening in 2010.
